    用了万阳六年多,今天在 HarbourFront outlet 遇到了不愉快的按背服务。事因:
    1。服务员似乎是新手
    2。服务敷衍,没有力度
    3。椅子的调度非常不舒服
    4。最糟糕的是,服务员大半时间按错地方(穴位)!!

    以往,对万阳的服务都很满意。这次是例外!我已向柜台小姐反映。
    希望万阳能在推荐新手的同时,也注重服务品质!

    To: Katherine Thien , congratualtions on winning the brand award as shown in newspaper to day. it must be a lot of hard work.
    I visited Wan Yang at harbor front to day dec 10 at 11 am. I had a very pleasant experienc as always. the front desk is efficient and polite. the foot reflexology was great. strong hand and knows how to do it.
    suggestion from a business strategy view point, since your premise is large, there maybe other things you can do to increase your business and traffic . for example, you might consider setting up a area with a few small tables and sell coffee ( like in fast food store, all you need is a coffee machine ) . this way , you might attract people into your store and just might increase your foot massage business.

    Well, I must admit, one of the finest Back & Shoulder massage I ever had; though it felt very short; just 20 mins, but it was good; I earlier had my foot reflexology done at another parlour; and I didn’t really like that, but your staff is very well trained and they know what they do, it is not just the mechanical excercise, but they know their business very well. I loved the foot reflexolgy. A suggestion is to start a full body massage of 1 hour, that would be a great great addition to your current menu which looks to have only a few items. Thanks.
