I been to many of Wan Yang outlets, and this the only reason I choose to signed up the package because it convenient for me to go to the nearest outlet wherever I go. Recently I been to Plaza Singapura outlet and the services provided from reception staffs at Plaza Singapore are terrible, all of them are totally don’t know how to take appointment, it so frustrating after I been called up for appointment and I still have to wait for 10 – 15 minute each time. I really don’t understand what the appointment for?
I like to go during lunch time, that’s why I try to call up for appointment before I go and I try to be punctual every time, but today the same problems happened against, I very disappointed to the staffs there who server the walk in customer and ignore about the appointment customer, I hope the management can look into this if not I may not consider to sign up any new package in the future.

Please offer professional health massage service. Some of your male staff seem to think female customers go with funny intentions. I would really appreciate health tips and not senseless talk.
几天前在 HarbourFront outlet 遇到的不愉快按背服务,在Plaza Singapura outlet 又遇到了. 事因：
1。服务员似乎也是新手
2。服务员也按错地方（穴位）！没有了以往的舒服感。
六年来，虽然都有新服务员，但是没遇过这般服务素质的问题。我已向柜台小姐反映。真希望万阳能在推荐新手的同时，也注重服务品质！
