First of all, I would said the service provided by the reception counter staff is very professional, not only that she provide me a friendly and cheerful atittude to all my request. I feel very much at home when I am there, as the overall service provided to me is great even though there are quite a few customer there.I have to said a big thank you for the staff that provide me with this kind of enjoyment. A big thanks to Chris.
I am glad that I choose this place for my Reflexology treatment rather than the one at AMK HUB wang yang, which provide me a unfriendly reply when I seek for some enquiries… Just wondering, is it from different company, why is the staffs( 2 of them) so rude….. and not professional enough to handle a simple enquiry by anyone that looking for a one time treatment.
I would not recommend anyone to go to AMK HUB… Service rating will be 0 , if you want me to rate it as compare to the one that I went to will be 9 out of 10 for rivervale mall.
Can any one from the management please enlightment me. Why is AMK HUb Wang Yang is providing this kind of service??

I am a customer who is unable to give a committed time for relaxation thus normally I go for massage on an as and when able timing. I am so glad that most of the time, she is able to “squeeze” me for the massage. This is also the reason why I have been with Wan Yang (Rivervale Mall) since 2006.
However, I am really very disappoint and sad that everything has changed in 2010. The reception counter service provided is no longer professional, friendly and cheerful. I went twice with intention for massage but to receive rejections. Am thinking, does it means my wonderful relaxation with Wan Yang will end here in 2010 since I am always being rejected for I have to go thru booking to secure a time slot?
Could the management of Wan Yang, please review this and if possible have Chris back at Rivervale? I am sure many of the old timers are missing our professional, friendly and cheerful Chris.

Thank you Wan Yang for providing good and quality massage though the prices are not really cheap but they are of quality.
Oh, one more thing, Wan Yang are usually full on peak hours. U need to call for appointment. And I noticed there is another foot massage center not too far away from your outlets, I think the name is feetpress. Are they good?
